M9 Solutions is seeking a
Change Management to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA. US Citizenship is required. Responsibilities - Focus on facilitating change management activities within ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Work with a more senior resource but will interact with clients.
- Asset Management and ServiceNow DevOps experience is a plus and understanding how it works and connect with other processes in ServiceNow change manager,
- Working with out of the box change management service processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- A Bachelors degree is required.
- Overall, 8 years of experience with at least two years of change management and ServiceNow experience.
- Ability to help identify new processes within change management for the work being performed.
- Have familiarity with at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, and at least 2 years of experience with change & configuration management.
- Must be very detail-oriented and have strong written communication skills.
