CACI is looking for a Communications Manager to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations.

What You'll Get to Do:

As the Communications Manager you will be responsible for managing all formal communications with internal and external stakeholders and be tthe owner of the Communications Plan. Within the Communications Plan you will identify all stakeholders, their interest in the program, and their general information requirements and engage with each stakeholder to determine their specific requirements for communications as well as determine the frequency and the format of each communication.

The communications manager documents every formal internal and external communication within a communications matrix (spreadsheet) identifying a primary and alternate person responsible for building the communication, the recipients, the delivery instructions, frequency of delivery, and general format (e.g. MS Word document) and ensure there are written (or automated) instructions for building each communication referenced in the communications matrix. You will build the instructions or coordinate the work of others to build the instructions and advise the product owners for scrum teams performing process automation to build reports (to the extent possible) within ServiceNow as well as track the progress of producing and delivering each communication to ensure quality products are delivered on time.

More About the Role:

You should be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner and have the ability to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts and be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
  • BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS +12 years recent specialized or a major cert + 12 years recent specialized or 15 years of recent specialized experience

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • ITIL 4 Certifications
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements
  • Experience using ServiceNow

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600-$132,500. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
