Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will design, develop, test, and/or maintain moderately complex hardware, technology, and/or processes.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Infrastructure Engineer (SWIFT) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs and create solution frameworks.
  • Design and develop moderately complex technical solutions.
  • Use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing technical solutions.
Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 2 years
Desired/Preferred Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment
  • Experience in other messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, SQS/SNS
  • Experience in Python
  • Exposure to working in agile framework
  • Experience using SharePoint, Confluence

Skills

Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionAdept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completionProgramming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Experience supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and performing disaster recovery exercises with above mentioned SWIFT infrastructure components Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalSkilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant softwareExperience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OSAbility to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processExperience working with diverse teams including business & technical architects, peers and mentoring junior team members

Experience supporting SWIFT productsSkilled in Unix scriptingFamiliar with Unix environmentKnowledge of ISO 20022, FIN and Payments
