Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Mid-Level Cloud Technology Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
  • Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
  • Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

  • 2 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills

Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computingHands-on in coding, specifically with Python (i.e. extending work privileges)Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesHands-on development/engineering experience Ability to handle IAM requests to support Fannie Mae cloud journeyExperience using JIRA for handling ticketsExperience working in an Agile environment Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience migrating teams or applications into the CloudRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
