THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Support and Tools - Cloud Operations Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:As a valued colleague on our team, you will organize moderately complex cloud-related incidents with support from management while proposing and implementing solutions to quickly restore service in order to eliminate or minimize business impact to external and internal customers.

Implement and coordinate various essential enterprisewide cloud-related changes.
Analyze and implement essential changes that arise after provisioning cloud environments for applications.
Provide technical expertise and support for cloud-hosted application releases.
Monitor environments and recommend additional controls and governance.
Facilitate communications about outages/changes between vendors and various internal stakeholders.
