PURPOSE:We are seeking a Microsoft Power Apps developer (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint) to analyze the business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions and dashboards. This will include the documentation of process flows, content analysis, and implementing best practices. The person is responsible to provide support and customer interaction, providing incident support and project development to capture business needs, goals and objectives, features, functionality, and process automation using Microsoft Office 365, Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint online. Responsible for all stages of requirements gathering, development, delivery, and support of solutions that meet business needs using the Office 365 Collaboration suite: including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office products, Groups, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI. Thi position manages and oversees the teams responsible for design and development of software applications, and their operations and maintenance Directs the work of engineers to ensure the best practices around software development. Provides oversight of enterprise software solutions to ensure successful implementation of released applicationsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Empowers a team of software engineers, business analysts, and scrum masters who may be matrixed into development teams to develop scalable software solutions that deliver business value. Provides best practices for analysis, design, software development and quality engineering activities toward the implementation of complete, end-to-end solutions. Work closely with third parties and stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies in order to deliver features across multiple projects and teams efficiently. Remove impediments associated with hand-off to external dependencies during execution. Coordinates the review of requirements with vendors, stakeholders and architects. Liaison to address any vendor specific blockers during execution. Define, develop and articulate different delivery and resource management methodologies of projects based on the stakeholder needs

- Recommend and develop solutions which take into consideration costs, business needs, and organizational impacts. Works with cross functional teams to meet business objectives. Research and identify opportunities to expand the team’s capacity with lower cost development resources. Develop the business model for remote teams and recommend the vendor based on a suitable criteria. Ensure the local team understands the outsourcing strategy and their role with the remote teams to retain talent. Manage expenses to ensure effective use of capital and cash flow. Provide budget estimates and spending forecasts. Analyze past spend and account for discrepancies.
- Facilitates all aspects of software development from planning, testing, and quality assurance to implementation. Ensure adherence to IT best practices and the organization’s SDLC. Make appropriate team assignments and encourage the team to embrace processes that drive sustainable improvements. In conjunction with Product Management, help the team estimate features for release planning with a mindset of continuously improving estimation accuracy. Tack and report on team’s progress towards completion of assigned deliverables.
- Serve as a channel of prioritization, escalation,and marshal the appropriate resources to resolve urgent or high severity issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing the impact to customers. .
- 5 years Related professional experience
- 1 year Supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
- Technical responsibility of developing solutions using MS Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, and Client Object Model (CSOM).
- Maintain excellent knowledge about existing Microsoft Office 365 and emerging strategies and identify, develop opportunities for their use and drive changes.
- Responsible for pattern and practice of 3rd party integration methods with Office 365.
- Drive continual improvement of the company's Office 365 systems and tools, working closely with internal teams to facilitate increased adoption and knowledge.
- Leverages understanding of Workflow Process Engineering concepts and practices.
- Designs and maintains Office 365 SharePoint Sites and Processes.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on capabilities of Office 365 collaboration tools.
- Work with business users to determine appropriate design requirements.
- Develop custom business forms using Nintex, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms.
- Develop custom workflows using Nintex, and Microsoft Flow.
- Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new process automation solutions and provide day-to-day operations support.
- Expert knowledge of building apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.
- Experience in using multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power automate, and ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Management of Power BI platform.
- Design, build and deploy Power BI solutions (reports and dashboards, visualizations).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Power BI reporting solutions, including investigation of data issues and data validation.
- PowerShell experience.
- Experience with Teams (Creating Teams, public and Private channels).
- Experience data migration between Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Experience deploys apps to Teams channels.
- Knowledge of Office 365.
