Description:CompuGain is seeking a Business Analyst IV to work with the Multifamily Content Management customers to identify content management features, groom features with the development scrum teams. Support content management standard processes and adhoc projects as assigned. Analyze business process pain points related to content management as a part of the feature identification process.Job Responsibilities:Develop features, finalize feature acceptance, story writing, story acceptance, support standard agile ceremonies, testing and agile release train implementations.Provide technical support in running data reports. Participate in production ticket root cause analysis an other drill down analysis for product the content management product team.Support agile release train activities including business test plans, shake out testing and user adoption activities.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models.Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.8-10 years experience required.
