Role

As the Business Manager, your charter will be to partner with the major area leaders to orchestrate and execute against their Major-area priorities in-quarter, FY, and out years. Consequently, leadership will spend more time with customers, prospects and their teams. In short, this position will allow for the Major Area leader to focus more on selling, building relationships, and closing sales.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist indeveloping, communicating and executing on a multi-faceted plan to grow businessacross the Major Areas.
  • Collaborate with business partners acrossSales Operations, Solution Sales,SolutionsConsulting, Field Marketing, Customer Success and ACE to drive alignment on go-to-market strategy; ensure alignment of priorities and goals.
  • Coordinate out-year planning to ensure the organization continues to scale to support growth expectations.
  • Incubate and develop emerging programs that are deemed strategic investments(Industry, Transformational Mega Deals, VAM, SWA, etc.).
  • Partner with HR to drive team talent development and consistent recruiting practice.

  • Ability to navigate and collaborate through complex opportunities.

Education/Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years experiencein field sales management,in a matrixed sales environment in the enterprise software space.
  • The willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time.
