Job DescriptionAs a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Technical expertise and hands on experience as an architect and a software engineer with knowledge for applying these skills to cloud, data and analytics, cyber security, and customer mission challenges.

Experience or training with variety of Oracle technologies including the applicability and usage of these technologies by customers. Cloud certification are important.

Passion for technology, the curiosity and willingness to constantly learn new skills, work with new tools and discover new and innovative approaches to solving complex technical challenges.

Hands on experience as a software developer / engineer with languages such as Java/JEE, C, XML, perl, PL SQL, Python.

Hands on experience implementing middleware technology such as WebLogic, Apache Tomcat on Linux and Windows.

Hands on experience in integrating and implementing Microservices. Expereince with containers and Kubernetes.

Experience in implementing systems in Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or other Cloud environments.

The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and, vice versa, translate functional needs to technical solutions

The ability to lead a team of developers.

Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c RDBMS

Oracle Labeling Technologies (Oracle Label Security, Database Vault)

Oracle or AWS Cloud

Oracle PaaS (Describe specific experience)

Oracle Engineered Systems

Microservices

Kubernetes

Required Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI and Full Scope (will consider CI Poly or TS Collateral Clearance)

8-15 years of technical experience relevant to this position

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

Ability to travel as needed

Ability to lead a team of developers while also developing code
