THE ROLE: We are seeking an energetic and out of the box thinker, one who makes things happen as our

Coordinator (Sales Marketing) to join our team! This role provides an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic organization. The right candidate will be a passionate self-starter looking for a role with a people-oriented organization. This individual will be responsible for the processes, tools, and technology to support the Sales team and will work with our marketing vendor to coordinate marketing campaigns, social media efforts and marketing collateral.

Work Authorization: US CIT

Location: Reston, VA (onsite/hybrid)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HubSpot platform (CRM and CMS)
  • Train staff on HubSpot features and capabilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and track key performance indicators
  • Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
  • Create reports for management
  • Coordinate lead generation strategies and customer outreach methods
  • Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities and manage the marketing budget
  • Coordinate various ad campaigns, events, and other related activities to support the Sales team
  • Manage and enhance relationships with vendors
  • Collaborate with vendor on writing and implementing copy for display/search ads, landing pages, LinkedIn, and event materials to ensure brand standards and accuracy
  • Create content using Canva for social media and internal marketing needs
  • Manage marketing and sales operations projects from start to finish, providing updates and communication to management
  • Establish work plans for vendors or freelancers to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 2 years of marketing and/or sales operations experience
  • Associates Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media campaigns and more
  • Experience using Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - writing and editing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
