Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will collect information about moderately complex vulnerabilities and exploits from internal and external sources with support from management.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Defense and Response - Cyber Intelligence - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:- Stay current on cybersecurity threats to the organization and the industry. Share news resources with colleagues.
- Work with other organizations to determine possible threats.
- Analyze information within the context of the Company and its cybersecurity measures.
- Translate findings for internal cybersecurity groups.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences- 2 years
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Ability to deliver fact-based reporting and assessments, both verbally and in writing.
- Assist with shared team responsibilities for intelligence collection, processing and reporting, including participating in a rotating on-call roster.
- Analyze raw and processed information to create synthesized and actionable reporting.
- Contribute to the creation of threat actor and campaign profiles.
- Knowledge of advanced cyber threats and TTPs.
- Demonstrable knowledge and ability to process technical reporting and malware sandbox reports.
- Familiarity with Splunk and Carbon Black.
- Strong working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence models.
- Willingness to engage with internal stakeholders and participate in information sharing exchanges with external partners.
- Experience in working with cyber threat intelligence, or a strong background in a SOC (Security Operations Center) as a threat intelligence consumer.
