As a
Dynamics Developer you will have the ability to contribute to the growth of our Business Applications and Automation Group by helping large scale organizations adopt the power platform at an enterprise level. AIS delivers multi-cloud transformation solutions that help commercial and federal enterprises improve business results by migrating to the cloud, modernizing apps, and using data intelligence. What You'll Be Doing- Deliver software solutions utilizing the Dynamics 365 technology suite
- Develop complex software solutions requiring the use of high-level programming knowledge
- Utilize professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to improve processes and resolve issues affecting program performance
- Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost-effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility
- Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise
- Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work
- Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
- Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
- Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends
- Experience developing and deploying Dynamics/Power Platform Plug-ins or custom Workflow Activities
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Dynamics CRM (including D365) and development experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET C#, JavaScript, Web Services, Azure Service Bus, etc.
- Experience gathering technical requirements, identifying solutions. and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and in the wider context of digital business transformations
- Advanced understanding of integration concepts, CRM design paradigms, and a curiosity to learn about the new Dynamics 365 capabilities
