OverviewAs the lead of a team of solution architects, the Enterprise Solutions Lead plays a pivotal role in driving positive change and delivering cutting-edge solutions that exceed customer expectations. The Enterprise Solutions Lead requires exceptional leadership and expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our diverse clientele, including Department of Defense, intelligence community, and international entities.Essential Job Duties
Lead a team of solution architects to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Work with customers from state, DOD, IC, and overseas clients.
Develop and implement strategies for solution delivery.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
BS degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated experience leading large (cloud or enterprise) solution projects.
7 years of experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience in DoD/IC acquisition process and program management milestones.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a technical discipline or significant demonstrated experience leading lare and complex (cloud or enterprise) solution projects.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
MS in applicable technical field such as engineering, computer science or similar.
Work Environment
Position is remote but travel as required to Reston, VA and other sites estimated at 15%.
