ResponsibilitiesRhythm of the Business and Financial Acumen – Manage process excellence and support the main ROB processes including monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and budget in alignment with CFT timelines for the full Stores P&L (both Management & UofA).

Financial Reporting, Insight and Analytics - Analyze results to understand performance against plan/forecast and monitor trends / key drivers to support business reviews: consolidating reporting for close reviews, KPI/Scorecard tracking and auditing, and providing both written and verbal timely/accurate information/insights to partners and stakeholders. Automate and improve reporting processes as much as possible within the confines of available tools.

Partnership – Partner with Stores Category Management team to support eCompany Store by driving insights, analytics, and overall growth.

Compliance – Manage an efficient statutory audit process, working closely with tax & accounting firms to ensure timely completion and filing of the annual statutory accounts. Manage relationships with our various service providers for outsourced statutory accounting processes, ensuring on-going pertinence and compliance with Microsoft and local statutory requirements.

Master Data Management - Manage hierarchy change process on behalf of the Stores org including alignment with relevant stakeholders across EG finance, CCSM, and MCAPS landing key business changes and ensuring systems and reporting are correct.

Collaboration – Build strong relationships with key partners across Tax, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and Microsoft Regional Operating Centers as well as our Stores Finance team and business partners.

QualificationsMinimum/Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience

OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field

OR equivalent experience.
