The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Reston, VA. This role requires a highly skilled developer with a strong background in agile software development, system architecture, and data-driven applications. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in information technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing moderately complex to highly complex software solutions that support mission-critical intelligence operations.In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern development frameworks and best practices to build scalable, high-performance applications that meet the evolving needs of the intelligence community.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies, best practices, and DevSecOps principles to enhance software development processes.System Analysis & Architecture: Define problems, analyze requirements, and develop technical roadmaps for complex systems.Data Expertise: Develop and integrate data-driven applications, ensuring efficient data management, processing, and visualization capabilities.Security & Compliance: Ensure all software solutions adhere to federal security standards, DIA requirements, and classified data handling protocols.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with mission analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
