As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the work of a team designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

Full Stack Development Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • This candidate will be leading the Flagship capability of Fannie Mae and Mortgage industry and will have the opportunity to shape it for future
  • This candidate will be lead a group of technical experts and help design, develop and implement business critical functionality
  • Leading from front this candidate will have the opportunity to engage with wide eco-system of Fannie Mae and will have a very visible role in the enterprise
  • Determine the needs of diverse and complex customer groups requiring applied understanding of strategic issues of importance to the function/initiative.
  • Plan and direct the work of the team as they design and develop software solutions to meet needs.
  • Ensure teams use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new software technology.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient maintenance of existing software.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
