Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a Help Desk Technician (Level II) who has an in-depth understanding of diverse systems, both on-premise and Cloud environments, and can apply that understanding to provide support to their customer's systems, networks, and applications. Responsibilities:

Provide customer support in a fast-paced remote Managed Services Practice
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end-user hardware, software, and cloud services remotely via phone or email
Provide day to day operation support for:

Desktop and Server Operating Systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
Networking Devices (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points)
Line of Business Applications
On-premise and Cloud Backup and Disaster Recovery
Hardware peripherals (printers, monitors, docking stations, webcams, etc.)
Mobile devices/Mobile Device Management

Qualifications/Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
6+ years of diverse IT experience
2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Experience using a help desk ticketing system for incident tracking and time entry
Work Status: U.S. Citizen
