RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HR Metrics and Data Analyst in Reston, VA.

Duties Include: Senior HR Metrics and Data Analyst gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources Ensures data integrity of data elements in data analytic tools and platforms through regular audits; Generates regular and special reports Creates data visualization mock-ups and prototypes that reflect the appropriate context to inform decision-making Prepares ad hoc and regular summary reports and dashboards in workforce and human capital areas, including recruiting, training, and human resources operations, ensuring integrity of information As a Senior HR Metrics and Data Analyst, you will perform standard business analyses using a variety of tools and techniques, (e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and/or predictive modeling, data mining, data storage, data automation, and data visualization) Report writing and associated tasks using various tools including Taleo, SQL, DAX, Power BI, Oracle Performs unit testing to validate the accuracy and validity of reports and data integrity Works with business, users, and technical teams to gather and define requirements, author concise functional/technical documentation, and provide status and project updates

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2-4 years of strong working experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Advanced experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining visualizations and reports from data connected to and distributed from the Microsoft Azure ecosphere as it relates to Power BI Premium, Power BI Service & Power BI Desktop Experience with entity relationship modeling Experience with SQL development to manage creating and maintaining functions, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and data structures Advanced understanding of DAX within Power BI and Power Pivot along with advanced SQL skills are highly desired Advanced understanding of Taleo Enterprise and Oracle Business Intelligence Experience in data warehousing projects Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and the ecosystem Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities In depth knowledge of various data analytical tools, platforms, and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle/Taleo) Expertise in query tools, modeling, and data analysis Ability to be innovative and utilize technology to streamline processes Strong project management, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem solving and presentation skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to solve intellectual problems of variety and complexity Ability to manage and maintain privileged, sensitive, and confidential information and matters appropriately Ability to operate with appreciable latitude for independent judgement and action Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
