- Assist the Operations team during installations throughout the U.S.
- Work with the technical team in support of their Service Delivery customers; develop/refine security configuration documentation for customers
- Review/approve new opportunity SOWs and LOEs
- Maintain industry certifications to retain strategic OEM partnerships
- Collaborate with sales, engineers, and project management on more complex projects
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with comprehensive security designs including network security services, such as multi-vendor NGFW, NAC, SASE platforms
- Technical Lead or Senior Engineering level experience
- Certifications: CCNP or PCNSE
- Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
- Clearance Type: Clearable, prefer an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- COVID-19 vaccine: must be fully vaccinated prior to starting assignment
