Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a System Support Engineer III to run and enhance client infrastructures as well as adhere to best practices when implementing new technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead engineer for server and cloud infrastructure assigned to 2 enterprise clients
  • Manage client's expectations, deliverables, and timelines
  • Provide engineering escalation support to the team
  • Identify/recommend security and infrastructure enhancements

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Technical Skills Required: Azure/Intune/O365 with SSO and ADP, VMware vCenter 6.5 or greater, Nimble SANs, Veeam, Cisco/Meraki, Active Director/DNS/GPO/MDT & WDS/SQL Server, NIST 800-171, AutoTask, Kaseya, LogicMonitor, KACE, Cisco Umbrella, SexiGraf, etc.
  • Experience with Azure monitoring/logging (Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
  • Work Status: U.S. Citizen
