- Corporate Paralegal Experience preferred
- Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal degree
- Refresh and update our management slates for each of our current entities
- Prepare and file amendment charter documents in any remaining jurisdiction that has not yet received a name change update (L3 Harris and Dynetics subsidiaries specifically)
- Assist with integration of our newly acquired entity s corporate documents into the entity data management system
- Assist with international branch registrations including drafting documents and managing legalization process for such documents
