Automation Developer - TS/SCI
VA, Reston 20190 Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Current Security Clearance, TS/SCI, CI Polygraph Skills: UiPath, Automation, Advanced RPA Developer Certification, Robot, Orchestra, Business Process, Robotic Process AutomationWe are recruiting for a UiPath RPA Automation Developer to work in support of an Intelligence Community program. The Developer will work with clients to execute Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows using UiPath including building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions and ensuring quality of the system. Qualified candidates must have UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification. This position works in a cross-functional team environment with government and contractor personnel and requires a team player with a strong work ethic. All work is performed on-site in Reston. Role and responsibilities include:- Develop and deploy micros and robots
- Automate manual, repetitive and rule-based processes
- Create business models and analyze available solutions
- Demonstrate solutions and develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
- Provide information and support automation with collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
- Work with clients to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows using UiPath
- Support building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions to ensure quality of the system
- Assist in gathering and understanding requirements and identifying business flows
- Develop BOTs using UiPath Flowchart and Sequence workflows
- Create Macros to implement Vlookup formulas and execute from UiPath
- Publish the BOTs and create Robot in Orchestrator
- Implement best practices for RPA work in code review
- Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of UiPath processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
- U.S. citizenship
- Current TS/SCI CI polygraph (will arrange CI poly with current TS/SCI)
- 2+ years of UiPath RPA experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
- Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification is required
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple portfolios
- Experience with end-to-end development of business processes using RPA
- Experience with scheduling BOTs through Studio and Orchestrator
- Experience staging and deploying the automation solution into test and live environments
- Experience using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, screen, data, and web scraping techniques
- Programming and coding experience in multiple areas
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact at all program and management levels
