Job Description: Job DescriptionLeidos Homeland Security Solutions Operation has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Cyber Solutions Architect to join our team in support of our federal customers. In this role, you will help our customers solve their most demanding challenges by adopting and exploiting current and emerging cyber capabilities by delivering their mission in a more cost effective, resilient, secure, compliant and adaptive manner.

In this role, the candidate provides leadership in building a portfolio of offerings and capabilities that encapsulates Leidos' and partner intellectual property to address current and emerging demand signals in the federal IT market for enterprise cyber solutions. The candidate will ensure Leidos differentiation of scale, security and speed feature prominently in positioning of our major capabilities. The candidate provides leadership across the spectrum of enterprise Cyber activates, including Securely Provision, Oversee and Govern, Protect and Defend, Analyze, Collect and Operate.

The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with business development, capture management, line management, research and development, and other subject matter experts to develop optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered in proposals, on programs, or on research and development projects. In addition to developing solutions, you will help prospective customers and partners understand the value and benefits of the Leidos solution, explain technical features and transformation strategies, engage in proof of concepts, and troubleshoot potential problems.

Primary Responsibilities•Builds and curates a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise cyber capabilities and offerings relevant to the Federal marketplace•Establishes and maintains relationships with Leidos accelerators, Technical Core Competencies and key alliance partners to seek, qualify and leverage the best ideas, solutions and models across the company and throughout our community of trusted partners•Coordinates and develops proof points and past performance qualifications for Leidos success stories for leveraging enterprise cyber to deliver the mission of government•Identifies market trends in technology, methodologies and organizational designs for enterprise cyber optimization•Engages with program teams to incubate, build out and sustain enterprise cyber capabilities, offerings and solutions•Provides technical leadership for major or strategic Leidos enterprise cyber oriented captures, establishing the main solution concepts, identifying key elements of solution and approach differentiation•Shape procurement by presentations to clients and through speaking engagements•Recommends which alliances to pursue and events for Leidos to participate•Actively works with partners to shape procurements and future technologies•Educate teams on the implementation of new enterprise cyber initiatives, providing associated training as required•Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise cyber technologies•Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to enterprise cyber architectures, deployments, and operations

Basic Qualifications•BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree.•Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance•Experience serving as a cyber technical lead•Significant experience (5+ years) designing, building and supporting enterprise cyber capabilities and offerings for the Federal Systems Integration market•Has a successful track record in providing technical leadership in federal new business pursuits, with over $50M in TCV wins in the previous 5 years•In-depth understanding of private cloud, hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud, software defined networking, end user services, cyber and data center optimization; experience leading the design and integration of enterprise-level technical solutions.•Experience in Cybersecurity Program Oversight: Developed and instituted an enterprise wide cybersecurity performance metrics program to meet legal and policy requirements, while leveraging existing enterprise generated metrics. Developed maturity models to provide targets for improvement in key cybersecurity focus areas. Produce cybersecurity compliance and performance reports, to include the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).•Demonstrated expertise in network security. The optimal candidate will have good to excellent understanding of security-related vulnerabilities and mitigations of those vulnerabilities for global wide-area networks and campus area networks.•Technical Security: Developed and maintained policy in accordance with customer guidance and direction. Analyzed and provided actionable feedback on Community, Enterprise, and Cybersecurity related policy instruments. Developed and maintained a Cybersecurity Architecture development process and provide briefings to internal and external stakeholders. Conducted routine analysis of US Government and industry cybersecurity best practices in order to identify gaps and improvement opportunities of enterprise cybersecurity requirements.•Risk Management: Supported risk determination process based on US Government standards. Provided technical guidance to ensure safeguarding of IC information systems.•Experience in capturing technical requirements and defining technical solutions in the form of conceptual, logical, and physical designs, including the ability to articulate those concepts verbally, graphically and in writing.•Ability to synthesize solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products, and industry standards to formulate a system architecture that meets client requirements and can be delivered within the desired timeframe.•Experience developing cost models, technical delivery plans, technical solutions and basis of estimates (BOEs), including BOM development. Also develop concept of operations and discuss these models in Agile, federal SDLC or ITIL based terms.•Experience identifying potential design, performance, security, and support problems, including ability to identify technical risks/challenges and develop relevant mitigation strategies.•Extensive knowledge of the broad spectrum of technology areas, including technology trends, forthcoming industry standards, new products, and the latest solution development techniques; ability to leverage this knowledge to formulate technical solution strategy.

Preferred Qualifications•Active Top Secret (or higher) security clearance•Experience with DHS or FBI•CISSP Certification is strongly desired•CCSP, CRTSA, CNDA, or GDSA Certification•Demonstrated work experience in cyber security or related IT field•Demonstrated experience with cyber penetration testing Demonstrated experience applying computer attack methods and system exploitation techniques•Demonstrated working knowledge of cyber security principles for Linux, Windows and virtual platforms•Demonstrated experience designing, testing, or implementing IT security architecture in data center, cloud, and hybrid environments•Demonstrated experience performing network security analysis•Demonstrated experience analyzing network architectures•Demonstrated experience creating cyber security test plans•Demonstrated experience leveraging adversarial tactics to conduct hands-on security testing•Demonstrated experience developing risk management methodologies•Demonstrated experience analyzing test results to develop risk/threat mitigation plans
