As a
Front Desk Receptionist, you will be overseeing all front desk responsibilities including greeting employees/visitors and ensuring proper sign-in and badging. What You'll Be Doing- Responsible for opening the corporate office each day, including setting out snacks/water, re-stocking supplies, and ensuring conference rooms are ready for use
- Responsible for closing the corporate office each day, including putting away all food, straightening the kitchen, wiping down whiteboards, straightening conference room chairs, restocking/preparing for the next morning, etc.
- Schedule with an outside vendor the deep cleaning of heavy-use spaces, when needed
- Notify the building cleaning/maintenance team of items that need attention and ensuring the timely resolution of the issue (lightbulb changes, window leaks, etc.)
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and food/snacks/drinks, and order/replenish/store as appropriate
- Conduct multiple, daily quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required
- Ensure new employee desk space is clean and ready prior to their first day
- Set-up, execution, and clean up of in-office meetings. At times, there are multiple, simultaneous events.
- Capture guest's & colleague's individual preferences for future visits, think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests, and make sure ideas are documented for use for future visits.
- Research and select alternate venues, when necessary
- Provide support to other teams, as needed
- Occasionally support off-site events
- Previous receptionist experience
- Highly organized and great communication skills
