This role would be an Identity & Access Management Analyst focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM).which is responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. This teams supports the company by building IAM solutions in compliance with security policies and standards. Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a computer-related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Security or IAM
- Strong knowledge of Agile
- Competency in identity and access management in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Manage requirements for solutions to automate all user and system accounts through the account lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement changes, deactivation, and deletion in accordance with established service levels.
- Design, document and communicate Identity and Access Management standards, processes, procedures and associated metrics.
- Assist with Identity and Access Management related initiatives, including activity coordination, initiative communication and implementation.
- Manage Identity and Access Management related technologies such as lifecycle management, identity management / multi-factor authentication, and vaulting services.
