As an

AIS Program Manager, you will be responsible for using Agile software methodologies to identify and capture an accurate case analysis to our client. Join our team as we help a global client re-imagine how they engage with their customers, operate, and rebuild their business model in greenfield cloud-native services and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage projects and programs in ways that model delivery excellence by meeting contractual obligations, managing risk, promoting client satisfaction, realizing profitability targets, and complying with AIS project management standards and processes.
  • Successfully execute project plans, track deliverables, and document client acceptance of deliverables for multiple projects following AIS' Project Management approach.
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and report on risks to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain situational awareness of day-to-day activities on the ground, serving as the first escalation point for the client and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of delivery services.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for the client and they keep Client Services Managers and AIS Sellers informed as needed to support a coordinated response in serving the client.
  • Build positive relationships with our Delivery Teams, Clients, and AIS coworkers.
  • Support project and program team members as needed to deliver successfully, and they identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide management and guidance to ensure delivery teams meet all contractual obligations (scope, requirements, SLAs) and meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Attend staffing, delivery status, planning, and project meetings.
  • Thoroughly prepare for all client interactions with a focus on service and delivery excellence.
  • Serve as the primary front-line manager of staff: approve timesheets and expenses, distribute and manage internal communications, deliver performance reviews, provide team mentorship, and help individual team members with career development goals.

Location and Travel Details

This is a remote position with occasional travel once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Profile of Success

  • Minimum of ten years of proven experience managing programs in ways that model delivery excellence: meeting contractual obligations, managing risk, promoting client satisfaction, realizing profitability targets, supporting team morale, and complying with project management standards and processes
  • Experience managing application development projects, preferably on the Microsoft platform
  • Proven experience with managing contracts: estimations, scheduling, budgeting, profitability, issue resolution, and authoring proposals/statements of work
  • Experience supporting and growing the capabilities of delivery staff members
  • Excels in overcoming delivery challenges, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Driven to reduce or mitigate risks with sound program management address problems as needed
  • Create and manage spend plans to meet timelines and budget delivery

Desirable Skills

  • Project Management Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
  • Previous hands-on technical experience is a plus
