As a

Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely to enhance candidate experience and playan important role in the hiring process by partnering closely with our talent team & hiring managers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Talent team throughout the recruiting process as needed, especially with scheduling interviews
  • Assist with updating, maintaining, and running reports in our Application Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, and internal Talent Management system
  • Interface with candidates, Account Executives, Project Managers, and technical staff to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding process
  • Assist with reoccurring recruiting audits
  • Manage and/or maintain relationships with external agency vendors as needed

This is a remote position with occasional travel once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Profile of Success

  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects as necessary
  • 1+ years of Talent Coordination experience
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Prior administrative support experience, preferably for a Recruiting / HR department
  • Scheduling skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars is essential
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize when balancing many different projects and timelines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Results driven and always operate with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to contribute to team goals
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging projects with a solution orientated mindset
