Job Description

: This is a Sales and

Management role. This position is responsible for Sales, Prospecting, Identifying New Customers, Building New Client Relationships, Maintaining and Growing Existing Client Relationships, Scheduling and Conducting New Sales Calls, Email Marketing Campaigns, Identifying New Requirements and Projects, Developing Proposals, Presenting Proposals, Interviewing Potential Staff, Negotiating Rates and Managing SES Technical Staff in the field.

At present, due to COVID-19, this is predominantly a Virtual Sales Position working from home until it is safe to visit SES Clients and

Staff in-person. This is a

Full-Time Position which offers a Competitive Base Salary, Commissions, Bonuses, and a Full Benefits Program consisting of Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan.

The Ideal candidate will have

:
  • 2+ Years Sales Experience selling IT Staffing and Project Solutions to Fortune 5000 Commercial Clients
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development, Testing, Big Data, DevOps, and Project Management
  • Knowledge and Experience in Virtual Sales Using Email Marketing and Telemarketing Tools
  • Stable Employment History
  • A Positive Attitude and a Strong Sense of Urgency
  • Ability to Work Independently and Produce Meaningful Results
  • Experience Selling to the Banking, Financial, Credit Card, Payment and Telecomm industries is a plus
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Bullhorn and Dice is a plus
