Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide direction for technology products and processes; assess enterprise functional needs and implement technology solutions to support; define strategic outlook; plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities of the unit

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Management - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Determines functional technology needs of enterprise.
Coordinate the development, formulation, and implementation of new technology.
Identify appropriate resources to support projects and new initiatives.
Establish best practices and guidelines for existing or new technologies.

Desired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalent
Could also reside out of Plano, TX

Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataSkilled in application supportRelationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsSkilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed applications in order to optimize IT service deliverySkilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
