Job Description
Position requires a self-starter with strong leadership skills, who works well under pressure and has solid computer skills with strong working knowledge of Excel. Responsibilities include:
Ensure Dailies, Payroll files and Payables invoices are received timely from hotels
Verify accuracy of daily data received from the hotels
Process bi-weekly payroll
Calculate and Remit Payroll Taxes/Garnishments/Child Supports/Tax Liens, all on a timely manner
Process and cut payables checks timely with accuracy
Process month-end close on a timely manner with accuracy
Calculate and Remit Sales, Lodging and Meals Tax monthly with accuracy
Complete Quarterly Payroll Tax Reports

Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
