Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk
Full time position responsible for general office support as well as accurately entering payroll and invoice information. Maintain asset, personnel, and project files. This position will also handle company insurance policies including Workers Compensation. Seeking an energetic candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office programs and has QuickBooks experience. Must possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while still maintaining accuracy.
2+ years experience is preferred.
