SMALL ACCOUNTING FIRM IN NEED OF A PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER WITH BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE. QUICKBOOKS AND/OR QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY.
Job summary:
Data entry into client's QuickBooks from bank statements, check registers, credit card statements and other documents to prepare for monthly reconciliation. Additional duties will be assigned as experience is gained.
The hired candidate will be fulling trained for this position and the position has the potential to grow. There is also the opportunity to train and become a QuickBooks Advisorapply to learn more.
This position is part-time, Monday-Friday about 20 hours a week and has the potential to go full-time in the future including benefits.
