Travel Nurses Inc, is a medical staffing agency staffing hopsitals, jails, nursing homes etc.We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager with staffing experience , great marketing and recruiting skills. You must have management and organizational skills.

Requirements: (4) years' experience in a medical staffing industry/environment plus a minimum of two (3) years in a management capacity.

Requirements: Able to coach, develop and motivate field staff and employees Individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills Individual must have a history of leadership positions and excellent interpersonal skills. Individual must be able to quickly react to potentially critical situations and have strong problem-solving abilities

Summary:Job Description: Branch Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining all budget lines associated with their respective branch. They will be responsible for the hiring, firing, mentoring, discipline, and motivation of all employees associated with their branch.

Job Description: The Branch Manager will also be responsible for working with all support staff to effectively complete necessary duties regarding accounting, human resources, and compliance consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting and sales projects. Ensures coverage when team members are absent. Conduct the minimum requirement of phone calls/time per day. Identify and mentor team members for promotional opportunities. Authorize time off requests for all employees. Initial and ongoing training of all employees. Audit Open Orders on a weekly basis. Order state licensure lists as necessary. Responsible for marketing, advertisement placement in journals and internet job boards, direct mail and notice card placement. Implement new policies as necessary. Conduct weekly sales and staffing meeting. Track weekly reports for sales and staffing. Track and post revenue and gross margin numbers throughout the office. Take backup call for your multi-location if applicable. Evaluate employees on a regular basis. Discipline employees as necessary. Participate in the budgeting process.

Conduct regular competitive shops in your markets. Identify new modalities or markets in your division. Project revenues on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Create internal incentives and compensation packages.

Responsible for all P and L lines in budget. Identify activity and productivity requirements for sales and staffing Create action plans as necessary (always for groups behind budget) Any other duties required by the CEO
