Virginia based construction company has an immediate opening for a dispatcher at our Chesterfield location.
Our ideal candidate would have a strong background in management and previous experience in the construction, trucking, or like industry. Must have good computer skills and excellent telephone manner, and must enjoy working with people on the phone and in person. Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to resolve issues a MUST!
Duties Include: answering phones, taking service calls, scheduling appointments, working to solve customer's problems, routing technicians, confirming all material available for next day's scheduled work, preparing technicians paperwork and managing daily job field issues. The customer service manager works closely with other company departments to complete each day’s work, billing and payroll.
Position hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Punctuality and amazing attendance a must.
