My husband and I are both RN's and work at local hospitals in the area. We have 6 children altogether: I have a son 15 and a daughter 13 from a previous marriage and my husband has twin girls who are 16 from a previous marriage. We completed our family with our son who's 5 1/2 years old and a new daughter who’s 18 months old. I work in a full time RN position where I will work 7-3pm Monday-Friday. Currently I’m working from home every day but Tuesday’s and every 3rd Friday where I’ll be working at St. Francis Medical Center. We’re still seeking nanny help even with me working from home with the fall transition of full time. Would be aiding the 5 1/2 year old with getting on the bus and possible hybrid learning via home learning with full time care of 18 month old. There will be NO weekend or holiday requirements We need someone who is organized and punctual. If we are late to our jobs because you're late we get placed on probation and can potentially lose our jobs. There's no room for tardiness. We will want someone with CPR certification in infant and child CPR and someone with previous nannying experience who can provide references. We will require a background check to be completed upon interviewing for the position as well. Our job requirements would be the following: For our older two children, who reside with us full time basic instruction and observation. Our 15 and 13 year olds are rather self sufficient. Our 5 1/2 year old will need guidance and structured fun activities throughout the day during the summer with breakfast and getting ready for school with placed on the bus in the fall. He enjoys being outside and playing. For our 18 month old we will need someone to take care of her basic day to day needs of continuing her eating and sleeping routine while providing a nurturing and loving relationship throughout the day. You will have to provide meals/snacks for the kids and do basic cleaning; such as: dishes, sweeping or vacuuming when noticeably dirty, change diapers/assist with potty training, etc. We know our schedules being in the medical profession aren't easy but willing to work and accommodate by a generous salary. Hoping to maybe do a weekly salary rate that’s comparable to the local childcare center they were attending vs. an hourly rate. This is negotiable. We want to add someone to our big loving family that's as fun, energetic, creative and nurturing as ourselves! We hope our family may be a family you're interested in getting to know further!
