Hello and thank you for your interest in the Teen Counselor and Van Driver position. PLEASE READ THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE APPLYING! A lot of people are not thoroughly reading this. This position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The hours vary, sometimes it's from 9am-6pm, or 11am-9pm, or 5pm-1am. We are looking to hire about 3 people so we can rotate the shifts. We don't want one person to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You would leave your vehicle at our place and pick up the 15 passenger van and start your route. You would pick teens up in a 5 mile radius. You would bring them to Kings Dominion and stay the whole time. While you are at KD, you would check on the teens about every hour. I will give you two tickets, so you are allowed to bring one person with you and both of you guys can get on the rides in-between checking on the teens. I need a person with a strong disciplinarian personality. I need someone who speaks their language and has a love for young people. I prefer ages late 20's and older.
It pays a stipend of $75 per day. We do not take taxes out, as you are responsible for your own taxes. We use a 1099 form from the IRS. You would be considered a contractor, not an employee.
It's a very easy job; it's fun and exciting interacting with the teens. We try to provide a Christian environment.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and pass criminal background check. We pay for all expenses.
