We are a local company looking to bolster our workforce and be able to have qualified environmental assessors in the area.
A qualified person would be someone with past environmental experience, a college degree and certifications that can provide that are current, here are the services we provide:
Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment
Phase 2 Subsurface Investigation
Property Condition Assessment/ Capital Needs Assessment
Asbestos surveys for Renovation or Demolition
Lead Sampling
Civil Engineering
Land Surveying/ ALTA Survey Experience
Plus any other experience that relates to commercial real estate transactions.
You must have your own vehicle, current resume, and current certs to apply. You would be working as a 1099 Subcontractor, rates vary per service and are negotiable.
Future Employment is a possibility based on performance as a contractor
