8901 - Corp Office West Crk - 12800 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Richmond, Virginia, 23238CarMax, the way your career should be!ABOUT THIS JOB:The Analyst of Financial Services & Products (FS&P) plays a critical role in supporting the FS&P mission of providing customers competitive vehicle financing options and world class add-on products via an omni channel retail experience. Responsibilities in this role include operational and performance support as well as representing FS&P from a business and customer experience perspective with internal business partners and existing external strategic relationships. This position provides a self-motivated and strategic thinker, possessing strong communication skills, the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the strategy for key areas of CarMax’s growth.What you will do – ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Support FS&P across the organization for all aspects of Finance and Product offerings, including the credit platform, affinity partnerships, protection plans (including extended service plans and GAP), subscription fees and other vehicle add-ons.
Help develop and support new digital and in-store experiences that will drive customer value, maximize sales and drive market differentiation. This role will also support and guide external partners through these business changes.
Independently communicate regularly with third-party providers and internal business partners to ensure a consistent customer experience as well as adherence to operating standards and compliance programs.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLEWorking with the Sr. Manager of FS&P drive execution to ensure customer and associate satisfaction and constantly evolve the customer and associate experience in a way that provides incremental value for customers, associates, the business and strategic partners.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSDegree in marketing, finance, economics, accounting, business, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
1+ years of successful and relevant experience, ideally in Financial Products support or external provider interaction.
Ability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Finance and Products offerings, including the sales transaction process and the ownership experience
Ability to build and maintain strong working partnerships throughout the organization and externally with our business partners.
Ability to understand the audience and communicate with, and present to, different levels of middle management.
Willingness to drive effective change.
Ability to provide “win-win” solutions while resolving customer service issues in a positive and professional manner.
Possess strong organizational and time management skills with limited direct supervision.
