NOW HIRING- REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Representatives paying up to $15/hr Description:The Contact Center provides health care services through established networks of organized systems of care, which emphasize customer service and eligibility determination. The Enrollment Center provides information for Virginia Medicaid and CHIP clients about managed care plans allowing them to make informed choices about their Medicaid benefitsHours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 9am-12pm ESTJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.

Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.

Provides callers with informed and objective responses to complex concerns in regards to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns.

Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.

-Process workflow documents, which include, income, identity and other eligibility verification documents.

Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.

Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.

Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-At least 6 months to 2 years of customer service or administrative experience-Strong data entry and telephone skills-High School Diploma or equivalent required-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills-Bilingual in ENGLISH AND SPANISH-Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 weekend days per month (you will have flexibility and choice of days) -Comfortable working remotely (must have their own computer and equipmentAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we’re dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
