Description: What is the specific title of the position? Sr. Mgr. Bus System Analysis Work location?

VA072 Can the role be telecommute? Yes Are you open to candidates that would need to be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement? Yes Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; willing to working during MT What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? Define the detailed requirements and functions of the features of the HIX system. Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as PPACA, HIPAA. Facilitate meetings with external clients and internal teams. Prepare requirement documentation such as User Story, FSD, BRD etc. Work with UI & UX team to define wireframes and visuals reflecting the requirements. Travel to client locations for important meetings. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)? Requirement analysis and writing 3+ yrs Experience creating and managing capabilities, features, user stories, and a prioritized backlog. Experience developing personas, use cases, and process workflows. Experience translating product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for delivery teams. Experience managing feature and story elaboration activities throughout delivery execution, typically maintaining 2 Sprints worth of 'ready' work. Experience managing requirements for large programs with complex cross-functional dependencies. Ability to work cross-functionally with Business, Compliance, Infrastructure, Architecture and Software Engineering. Client Communication 2+ yrs Microsoft Suite 5+ yrs What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)? Good understanding of the Healthcare as a whole, hands-on experience working on the Healthcare Exchanges (HIX) and good client communication. Does this position require a professional license or certification? No Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what's being done?The resource is required to work on New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange during Implementation and M&O phase What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you're looking for. Have good working knowledge of the Healthcare and the healthcare exchanges (HIX).
