Job Description:

Required/Preferred Skillset:
  • Perform data collections from various network locations for record hold requests.
  • Monitor processes to maintain/ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine and network performance issues related to connectivity, access, security, etc. for purposes of data collections and transfers.
  • Ability to work independently while taking the lead on multiple complex projects.
  • Must display initiative, and ability to work independently and with others while exercising extensive independent judgment.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize competing high visibility projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills (job requires daily interaction with customers to complete time-sensitive data collections).
  • Willingness to take ownership of processes, evaluate and offer efficiency gains when available.
