Our Government client is looking for experienced

Help Desk Analyst’s on a 9 months renewable

Position: Help Desk AnalystThese folks will be answering phones, completing trouble tickets around the transition. The agency will provide training on their process and ticketing system as well as any on line learning tools they use to the selected candidates.
  • Candidates must be technically savvy, quick learners and professional in appearance and phone manner.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and solve internet application, browser issues, connectivity and other system problems.
  • Must have excellent analytical, technical and communication skills in order to ask questions to determine nature of problem and walk customer through problem-solving process to resolve technical problems.
  • Document user or system issues and escalate to appropriate team members or groups.
  • Ability to interpret and understand impacts of procurement policy and procedures to system functions while closing a high number of issues daily with a sense of urgency and providing excellent customer service.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; managing multiple IT related work efforts; monitoring, assigning, and addressing trouble tickets; troubleshooting, and balancing priorities of other assigned workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at both technical and non-technical levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills. Experience with a Help Desk issue ticket tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy to promote a positive image of eVA and the eVA team.
  • Conflict management skills to handle difficult customer situations. Positive attitude and demonstrated excellent teamwork skills.
Software/hardware skills: Windows Operating System, email, internet, strong application troubleshooting; some if not all the Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access or other comparable office productivity products.

Required / Desired Skills
  • 3 years of Software/hardware skills: Windows Operating System, (v10 or above) Required
  • 3 years of strong application troubleshooting in internet browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Internet Explorer 10 or above) Required
  • 3 years of Experience with Outlook and GMail email Required
  • 3 years of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point (v16 or above) Required

    These roles will be remote until Dec 30 then beginning January 3, all team members are required ot be ON SITE Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week (no exceptions).
