Role: Informatica SupportExp: 10+yrsLocation : Richmond, VA Business Initiative/Purpose: • This multipurpose role will support a tactical project to discover and deliver Business Data on time using Informatica • This individual should have skills in the creation of ETL Jobs using InformaticaRequired Skills Technical Skills- Informatica, Informatica Data Services Domain Skills - Multi Channel, eCommerce Technical Skills- Teradata, TALEND ETL Roles & Responsibilities • They will be working directly with the Business to bring external processes into the EDW. • Experience as an Engineer/Developer with DW-BI Projects • Experience with DB development • Knowledge of Data Warehouse and BI architecture and concepts • Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members. • Head complex ETL requirements and design. • Interface Customer Datamart SMEs and resolve issues • Identify issues with source data and report to SME • Analytical skills and good communication skills • Need to work individually /directly with customer and provide timely status on the tasks assigned Coordinate and assist with several customer • Proactive in identifying any issues and look for the better solution • Follow the best Industry practices and providing consulting to users as needed. • Proactively identify system and feature improvements and opportunities to improve the platform.
