Role: Integration Test Lead/ Test Manager Location: Richmond, VA Client: Cognizant/Capital One Duration: 12+ months Job Description 1. Ability to Understand the complex business ecosystem and scenarios involving multi actor (Customer and Agent) interactions spanning across many agile teams and organizations (Business) 2. Ability to understand the complex integrations (Synchronous vs Asynchronous) in the distributed environment. (Technical) Customer/Agent UX and the frontend hand offs and integrations API micro services Event Driven Microservices Data flow across the systems Data and Data stores supporting the use cases 3. Other Integration test lead activities. (Testing) Optimize the usage of Automating testing across the teams for E2E testing also wherever possible. Right now, we have automation at component level and need to see how we can leverage the existing automation to cover the end to end scenario across the components. Automation of test data setup and test data recycling as much as possible 4.
