Our government client is looking for an experienced
IT Security Help Desk Analyst on a 18+ month renewable contract role in Richmond, VA.Position – IT Security Help Desk AnalystRole will require 3 days ON SITE (in office) with 2 days remote (so 60% in, 40% out) from Day One. Parking is NOT provided for contractors! Pls make sure your candidate is aware and agrees to this arrangement before submitting them. ABOUT THE ROLESecurity Analyst will be opening and/or tracking incidents/tickets in the helpdesk system to completion. Tracking owner approvals so access can be granted to resources/systems. Updating Access Tracking System when new applications are added, or owners change. Employee hiring and termination tracking to completion. Field workstation and workstation software security questions as well as responding to security alerts, notifications, and issues.Agency to train selected candidate on their Access Tracking System and process.
