- Must be well versed in design, development and configuration of SharePoint
- Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks and methods such as SAFe Scaled Agile
- Ability to drive solution design, architecture, and implementation to enhance and support key business and technical processes o Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Assessment of current tools, processes and capabilities to provide design recommendations and proof of concept architecture and configuration for developing a Jira and Confluence governance and policy management platform
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop conceptual model for Agile IT Governance
- Build repository for portfolio of approved policies and standards
- Exportable controls repository, controls lifecycle management workflow, and risk statement management (exportable to other systems)
- Automates the processes and reporting, where possible
- Ensures access to audit trail for changes and artifact statuses
- Creates documentation that describes design options and new processes for the agile policy platform
- Incorporates existing security requirements for user access, data classification, workspace management, compliance views and reporting
