Respond to global business collaboration requirements suitable for Sharepoint on premise and Office365 (SharepointOnline, Teams, Flow and PowerApps). ResponsibilitiesLead AAD (Azure Active Directory) Global Administration and manage global Office365 tenant.This will be combined direct supervision and peer leadership.Responsible for design, implementation, and administration of Office365 collaborative environments, directly or through direction of administrative and engineering resources. This includes all current and future initiatives involving Sharepoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Flow and other tools as they become relevant.Support all current and future security and continuity initiatives within Office 365Conditional Access and monitoringLabelingManagement of the Office 365 Center of Excellence3rd party BackupManage all new SharePoint site/collaborative project requirementsStakeholder IdentificationBusiness AnalysisForms, Workflow, and other tool selectionsEnforce robust development, change management and documentation processes to ensure Business and IT continuity.Manage existing SharePoint Sites Continuity, Integrity and Availability.Analyze and Optimize existing SharePoint based systemsMaintain and support existing InfoPath forms based solutionsSupport migration of legacy collaboration tools into Office365.

What do you need to succeed? Education & Experience Minimums:8 years of experience in Information Technology4 years in SharePoint or Office365 administration or development roles2 year degree in Information Systems or similarMicrosoft Certified Professional: SharePoint or similar Education & Experience Preferred:Supervisory Experience3rd party Vendor and Project Management experienceExperience with Microsoft development tools, process and languages. This might include SQL, ADOS/TFS, C# and SPFX.MCSE - Office365 Skills & AbilitiesExcellent knowledge and proven hands on experience implementing, administrating and supporting Microsoft SharePoint/Office365 on and off-premise productsWorking Windows Server and Client Administration KnowledgeExperience with various mobility platformsDemonstrable research, problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels and across cultures/languagesExcellent Organizational skillsExperience with Business Analysis and Project Management
