- Work hands on and oversee help desk support for the company's application environment
- Provide help desk phone and email support for a 24x7x365 operation with limited on-call support.
- Support applications for the exchange of electronic health information.
- Work with clients and their vendors to ensure that the delivered product meets their needs.
- Provide guidance to team members on operational support for healthcare applications and products
- Participate timely in on-call support rotation duties as needed
- Analyze, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies with operational tools or processes.
- Create operational workflows, tools, and reports as needed for support of products and clients.
- 5+ years overseeing help desk operations in a technical environment.
- Experience with operational processes, workflows, issue tracking systems and supporting high availability systems
- Technical experience in software platforms such as Windows and Linux.
- Technical experience with databases and SQL query tools
- Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer and systems support using strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours to support clients.and application upgrades.
