- Looking for large project delivery, years of experience
- Fairly traditional PM role- update stakeholders, oversee tactical plans, coordinate teams including Sr. level audience.
- This Project Manager will be supporting the projects that are delivered through the Customer Resiliency Intake process & Strategic Projects team, including leading critical, strategic US Card initiatives for Customer Resiliency. The primary responsibility is to ensure the successful delivery of these broad initiatives within CR.
- Building internal digital recovery compatibility.
- Contact by email and agents to answer questions when members call in.
- May get to work on other small projects related to Digital Recoveries.
- -Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate the project timeline and status, raise impediments and resolve issues in a timely manner, secure necessary approvals and communicate feedback
- -Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met
- -Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
- -Conduct regular meetings with the project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status. Ensure status reports are submitted regularly, accurately, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders.
- -Identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
- -Maintain key project documentation
- -Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- -Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnerships to effectively drive project delivery
- -Build relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to our associates and / or customers
- -Apply management skills such as communications and change leadership to help drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement.
- -Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
- The ideal candidate will have plenty of PM experience, is proficient in Google (docs, sheets etc.),
- There is a strong preference for someone who has experience managing tech delivery
- Great communication skills
- Be very organized
