Role and Responsibilities Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Participate in enterprise-wide meetings to represent the needs of the Medicare populationQualifications Qualifications BA/BS in a related field and Minimum of 5 years process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects, knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Strong influencing skills Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range: $78,000 - $97,500 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
